I recently tried to log into my emails where I received a message telling me that someone else had been using my account. I proceeded to fill out a form which asked me my personal details in an effort to recover my account. I provided an alternate email
address to receive any feedback. After 24 hours of waiting I filled out another form hoping this would fix the problem. However checking the alternate emails I received an email stating that I hadn't provided enough information to recover my account which
had now been blocked. It recommended filling out another form. I have filled out two to the best of my ability trying to remember emails I had sent and contacts I have, also folders I have created. I just want to gain access to my emails again. I am hoping
that there is another way I can go this without filling out yet another form (the 3rd) and getting a positive result. I have called Microsoft technical support 4 times and they have been less than helpful.
