Hi,

I'm posting this on behalf for my friend.

Her account was being hacked and user by another user as such she is not being able to log into her account.

She tried to sent an online help and was being asked to fill in form for verification. She has did so but was being replied with a message saying despite filling up the form, they will not be able to verify that she is the user of the account.

Would appreciate some help here.
