Hello, lets just start by saying im pretty pissed, no im very pissed off. my hotmail account has been blocked for about a week and i cant use my xbox or anything connected to this email. i have sent in THREE seperate reports and all have failed. i do not use this email to do any emailing it is simply to play xbox so i dont know anything other than the basics. second i have also sent in the next step report to be reviewd and that has been shot down as well telling me i need to do another one of the first reports. i then went as far to call microsoft and they in all their wisdom sent me here. This needs to be resolved now. i use the same account number to pay for everything and the same computer to login everytime. neither of these blatten facts seem to register with these professionals and my extended pacience is at its very end. Such a simple task should not have to go through this much trouble. Just to finish I am PISSED OFF. come on microsoft, get it together
