My Hotmail account was temporarily blocked; apparently I had been sending spam or whatever, I just received an Email saying that my account had been blocked due to violations of the terms of service. I am to verify my identity, but have not set up a phone to do this. Therefore, I was told to contact customer support. When I did that, they told me that they were not responsible and I should post my question here.
