I tried logging in to my hotmail account from a friends computer. After 2 failed attempts I got a message stating that someone else may be trying to log in and I would have to verify I am the owner. I had to fill out the questionnaire with information
about the account and got a response at the alternate email address verifying I am the owner of the account and that I would get another email with a link to reset the password. I never got that email. So I go to the sign in page and click "cant access account"
link and then get the message that will send a reset link to the alternate email address but it is not sending the email, I also tried having a text message sent to my phone with a security code to reset password but that text does not come through. Something
is blocking these attempts. What do I do?
