My mail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** had got hacked into towards the end of August and again about 2 days back. Subsequently on trying to access my account I have found that it has been blocked. I had filled up the forms with as many details as I have been able
to recall but unfortunately, you were unable to verify my ownership of this account using the information provided by me. My issue numbers are 99172092 and 99299814.
I have had this account since over two decades, so obviously I do not remember the initial passwords used by me.
I request you to please kindly look into the issue and help resolve this problem at the earliest.
I would like to state here that most of my mails sent in the recent past were without the subject line barring a couple which I have already stated in my form.
