I am not able to sign in to my hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ,  and by luck managed to get into this account. It keeps saying I have to verify information, and is becoming extremely frustrating. I use Hotmail to receive and pay all of our household bills, so we can not be without this service. If it is something that Microsoft is going to do away with, please let me know so we can get important saved messages, photos and accounts set up under another account.

I have tried to set up the 2 step verification with no luck. I have attempted to set this up numerous times to get into my account and now I am afraid I am being blocked from my account.

Please help!
