I can`t get into my hot mail account since i loaded Skype when loading Skype it wipeed everything off my pc and i lost my password i have gone thru the outlook account verification process but they inform me that i have not provided enough information to give me a link to reset my password i have given them all the info that i can remember, but still no joy on the reset what else can i do
