My account was hack early April one and it was a business account . I have tried to reset the pass word it will not send me a code to my other msn account. It was a hot mail account. My msn account  is working but somehow they have deleted most of my junk folders and I need to have that reset now. I have spent over 10 hours trying to get this soloved and it is a differnet answer every time. .  I have sent it verification forms too and it says withing 24 hours I am still waiting and it is April 5 now.
