while looking through the Faqs i found it has come up a few times and i have tried all the recommended ways of solving the problem
such signing on through my phone and laptop checking the service status which was fine, clearing cache and temp internet files
I can log on to my account and i have changed my password in case it had been hacked
I then checked my partners account to see if maybe it was a problem at my end but hers is fine im really at a loss as i have done anything out of the ordinary that i can think of
just everytime i sign in i get this message any help would be greatly appreciated
