I cannot receive or send any emails on my BTaccount since early this morning it says .

The operation was cancelled by the user.

Have you any idea what this means I contacted BT who told me to uninstall Livemail and reinstall it but I am wary of doing this as do not know how

to reinstall it will I lose it?
