Here's my situation,  My Xbox live account originally belonged to a friend.  She gave me the account  and told me to be careful that people had hacked it before and the same people are still trying to get into the account.  I went on to personalize the account to make it my own including changing the Live ID associated with the account (the e-mail was not mine or my friends it was an email left there that belonged to the hacker).  I found it impossible to do because whoever hacked the account left parental settings on and I do not know the password to the parental email.  So I would like to know if there is a way to get the parental settings removed so I can change the Live ID so the Hacker can't hack the account again.
