My Outlook unexpectedly quit and Apple advised me to do a **** reset. This got my Outlook back working but I had lost all data after Nov 2012. I backup through time machine to an external hard drive but was not able to recover the data. Yesterday I opened Outlook and starting adding back data. Today when I opened Outlook it reloaded all of the messages that I had received since the reset and all of the data I had entered (contacts, signatures, etc.) are gone. It appears that I have two Outlooks as the one today was the one I had used the first day after the reset?
