Hi I have spent the last week creating a movie for my GCSE project which I need to give in next week!! The movie runs fine in movie maker but each time I save the file as an MPV4 or WMV file the video flickers terribly and jumps. How can I get it to run smoothly ?

I don't know what to do ...
