Dear community,

I really need help to regain access to my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), I haven't been able to log on since 21st Aug., went through the validation process twice, didn't work. Why is there nobody checking the answers personally? The reply that I cannot access my account is computer-generated and is in my Inbox 2 seconds after I fill out the form?? I answered ALL of my folder names, contacts, email headings correctly, this can't be true?? I've had this account for all my life, did nothing wrong with it, and all my data is lost?? 

What can I do, I'm desperate?
