Hi All

Sudden change today, with no alteration of settings that I'm aware of, cannot send or receive mail on one account. Error message as follows:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Ntlworld (gbproperty) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I've checked email username, clear text authentication and ports, and server timeout is up at 5 minutes. All other addresses, including another ntlworld account are working fine.

Any ideas?
