A few days ago my email logged me out on my phone and I tried to log in but it said invalid information. So I tried logging in on my computer and it said it looks like someone else has been using your account. I tried to reset my password but it kept telling me my security question was wrong! But its definitley not. Then I filled out that stupid questionaire and I keep getting emails about how its was not enough information to prove I'm the owner!!! Wthhhh.... its definitely the right information and this is ridiculous. This is my main email account so I have basically everything in life set to this one... I tried calling customer service and I was on hold for like an hour and no one every answered. I don't know what to do I really need it back and I've filled out the recover your account thing at least five times with the same I'm sorry that was not enough info to prove ownership.
