I have only ever had 2 e mail accounts, the one my personal hotmail account, the other a work e mail address which I used to access when working from home on my laptop. I no longer work for the company. When I try and access my Hotmail account from a computer other than my laptop, ie internet café, I put in my hotmail address and password and Microsoft takes me to a window showing the old work address and saying I have not accessed this account for some time and a verification will be sent. This verification goes to my ex boss who has kept my work e mail address open for business purposes. She is suspicious and assumes that I am somehow trying to access my old work e mail, which is ridiculous. How do I delete anything pertaining to the work e mail off of my settings, so I can access my hotmail account. I just tried the process, but gives me a 28 day scenario but that means I cant get into my hotmail for 28 days which is not an option. I work from it on a daily basis. Help please!!
