I had to transfer my photos from an old Jasic Program, so I am learning a whole new set up.

Everything went over but I do not like and it is incorrect when my pictures show the heading November 2013 and they are NOT they are 1-6-13 , I can change the date on the photo but not the blasted heading. 

How do I do that.  I want my pics to match up with my say trip itinery list for the year.   dont know if this makes sense.  Is there an an on line instruction for the pictures.
