I made an email account when I was a child and eventually stopped using it when I was 16y/o or something along those lines. I thought I had deleted it but recently when I was googling myself (just to see what else I had online that I had forgotten about) my old hotmail profile popped up on the list and I can't access it at all. The forms in the help centre doesn't help at all because I haven't used the email from many years... and someone else has. So how am I supposed to fill out the forms in regards to recent use?! Everything (including the language) has changed so I can't even reset it.

I have no clue as to what the hijacker(s) have been doing with it since I last used it years ago! I just want my old photos back from my profile & permanently close the account.
