Tried logging onto Hotmail and got a message "It looks like someone else might be using your account"  So I filled out the form and Microsoft sent me a issue number and shorty thereafter an email saying they verified who I was, and instructed me to login and change my password. I tried that but the hacker already changed my email. So under the login boxes I clicked "Can't access your account?" and entered my email and password and it told me a password reset email was sent to my alternate email. But I never got one. I repeated this 3 times and still didn't get one. I called Microsoft customer support and the only thing they could tell me was resend the form to verify who I am. I did that, but the form only has fill in boxes to verify who I am, and no place for me to describe my problem. They sent me an issue number, but all that does is verify me, and they will tell me once again to logon and reset my password.
