I need help! Yesterday I received a message when I tried to log into my Hotmail account saying that it looks like someone else may be using my account. I was asked to validate my account. The alternate email address that I have on file has been de-activated and I cant get it working again. This is the account I have been using for a very long time! I clicked "I can't access this" and filled out an account verification form or whatever its called. I have done this twice and both times my request to have my account validated was denied. My problem is I do not remember half the info it is asking for as I made the account almost 10 years ago. I need help, the email that is now locked has legal(court) documents that I need access to. I tried filing a request with Microsoft support and all they did was send me back an email saying to fill out another account validation form. I have no idea why my account was locked. My password was not changed before the account was locked. I changed my password last night which required that I answer my secret question so obviously I am the account owner, but still cant access my inbox. Please help! I can tell you what is in my inbox and my facebook is through there and I still have all access to that I could even give you the name and log in to further prove it. I can provide information just not a bunch of email addresses because I use the address book and type in the names. But I can tell you guys even what stores I have shopped and are connected to that website.
