Today I used my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to reset my wife's account. It was really hard and it didn't seem to work. I tried resetting her info too many times and then Microsoft said I had to wait 24hrs. 

Later today I tried to log into my account and got a message at the log in that my account no longer exists!! 

I'm freaking out. This is my only email and it has 16 years of important emails documents and such. 

How can I get my email back up and running soon ???

I have just created this new account to deal with this problem. 

Please help!!!!!!
