Help me – Outlook 2011 APPEND failed

Hi!

I have a problem with my Outlook 2011 for Mac (IMAP Account)

It´s unbelievably slow and the Mac Spinning Pinwheel comes up all the time. I also get this message:

" Error APPEND failed

Details:
Account name: "......"
Error code: 1025 "


How do I fix this?
