Help – Just downloaded new Office and Cannot get Outlook to send emails

I have tried every imaginable configuration and cannot get outlook to send emails.

I can receive but not send.

I have followed all help and set-up instructions to no avail.

Please help!

The email account I am trying to set up goes with - cadencemarketinggroup.com

Error code -2360
