the title sez it all..

ive tried everything and spent the last two days all over the web.

My service provider is not helpful... in the past they would assist with small technical things but now they say basically its not our problem.... its Microsoft`s.... so.. My dear friends at MS and anywhere in the universe.... HELP!!!

Please realize that I learned computer talk in the 60s with cobalt and fortran at the University of Waterloo...

the new changes are becoming all too frequent and at times contradictory for me to keep up,..
