My windows live id is joint to my Xbox live main account. I'm unable to access with account because it is attached to my brothers old email which he doesn't remember the password for. The email where reset links are sent was his school email which was
deleted when he left. I have full details for my account which I can't access to answer the questionnaire which won't work because "the service is currently down."
