Could someone please help: My email that was @live.uwe.ac.uk has changed to outlook.com and I cant now get into my email as I don't know what the new address is. I think I was sent an email saying that it was going to change but now I cant access the account at all and keep getting this error
"This account can't be used to access Outlook.com

I have very important work in my email and need to retrieve this. I have a different account that I can be contacted on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I still have an account in my name but the email is not attached.
