We have an email address (live.co.uk) however when we try and log in it says that it looks like someone else has been using the account so we need to verify it. They give an option to verify it through another email address or complete a questionnaire.
The email address they offer isn't working anymore , however we do not have the answers to complete the questionnaire. They ask for the last 5 email addresses we have emailed, however we do not use the account to email people, we only use it to receive email.
It asks us for our Xbox live account details, however we don't have an xbox live account!
Please can anyone help? We are desperate to access the account again - we are moving to Australia on Sunday and our Visa details are stored in this email account.
