There are two issues: 1) All my emails older than 2 weeks old (10/7/13) have disappeared on my hotmail account. They are not hiding in a POP folder or anywhere else. I need them restored. 2) I have spent over 20 minutes searching for a way to contact someone about this issue unsuccessfully. Does Microsoft "Help" even exist? Why is it so hard to contact someone? Can you make it easier to get assistance?
