I have some photo under HEIC from my iPhone. When transferring to my laptop, Microsoft window is asking me to download from the app store the HEICF Image Extensions app. I have thereby downloaded and paid for it.

However I am still not able to view them on thumbnail or even opening them. Microsoft is still asking me to download the HEIF image extensions, of which it later recognised the app has already been download. Can you please help?

Never have I had this problem before. Wonder why
