A secondary account that I started last year has become inaccessible to me after the loss of the linked accounts feature. There are several problems between me and regaining access to my account.

Problem 1: The account is relatively new and very little used, thus I do not have enough information to fill out the data questionnaire satisfactorily.

Problem 2: The email set on the account to send the reset code to is wrong and resisted all efforts to change it when I still had access to the account before linking was disabled.

Problem 3: I lodged a support ticket a few weeks ago, but when I got a response and a link to follow to start help, it would not let me in. It said '[my email] is not permitted to view this incident' even though it was the same email who lodged the ticket.

Problem 4: A moderator has attempted to help me via the PM feature on here, but the thread was locked and I can no longer respond.
