Have cancelled the loading of Skydrive when starting the system. Now cannot activate skydrive. How to do it ?

I work with Windows 8.

Have cancelled the automatic loading of SkyDrive when system start, and its Icon desapeared.

Now cannot find out how to start SkyDrive.
