Around 3 years ago I deleted the following account - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I haven't logged into it since and therefore I presumed it would have been permanently deleted. However today I noticed that the account is in my contacts and when I click on it the account it is still there and my old profile picture is still there also. I am unable to log into the account as it says I have tried too many times (it doesn't say that the account doesn't exist)

Why is this?

I am not trying to recover the account but I would like it to be deleted. Any help with this?
