Can anyone help?

When I go into the search box at the top left hand side of microsoft outlook, and type in my own e-mail address, I get these options as well as my own e-mail address:

trans-#######-######-bressoncartier=*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and

trans-#######-######-bressoncartier=*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

where # represents numbers. When I put these codes in google, it brings up loads of stuff about e-mail integration (with android phones etc). I have not integrated my e-mail with any other device, so has my e-mail been hacked and has someone set up integration to their device?

I have been in to 'manage account' and it does not show any devices but would they show if it was set up via the device rather than through Outlook? Would any devices which have been added and then removed show up?

Also, sometimes when I try and access my account, it takes me to the account menu but won't let me access the my inbox. Does this mean someone else is accessing my account from another computer at the same time I am trying to access my account?
