Using Exchange account on MS Office 2011, Found data of 55GB in Microsoft Data Folder.

That is for approx. 5-6 year archive email.

But question is why so much place any workaround or suggestion are welcome.

Personal opinion: Most of MS products have teething problems when it comes to Mac
