hacker sent email without saving it in “sent” folder

I suspect my hotmail account has been hacked for a specific purpose by someone.
The hacker might have sent emails out from my hotmail accounts without saving them in the "sent" folder. 
Is it possible to retrieve any emails that were sent out and were not saved in the "sent' folder. Can hotmail provide the IP and location of those emails?
Can hotmail provide the activity logs for my account for a specific period of time?
