I desperately need to access an account that has been hacked. The hacker has changed my personal information so I can't answer the security questions. I have requested a new password so many times hotmail has advised me just to close the account. It has 8 years of business transactions on it that I need. If I could just talk to someone I can prove my identity. Is there any way I can talk with a hotmail representative
