Recently a relative of mine tried to access her outlook account and got the message that Someone else is using her account. Probably someone hacked her account. She followed the steps to recover her account providing some information that only her could know and microsoft replied back that they will investigate her issue and reply back to her within 24 hours.They also provided her with a reference number for her issue. Now it's been over 48 hours and she still didn't got any reply negative or positive. Please give us your feedback since she was using the account for years and has a lot of personal stuff in it.
