I created a new outlook e-mail acc yesterday; purchased 12 month gold xbox membership and redeemed this against my new gamer tag on my pc. When I tried to download my new gamertag to my xbox it said I was using the wrong password upon which i check passwords and tried to change my password & retrieve my account to no avail. looks like someone has hacked in and changed all my credentials. How can I get my account back!?
