My brother in-law sent an email this morning and apparently his account was hacked.  It started sending out emails asking for money to his contact list.  I've been trying to help him recover his address and change the password but now its saying his email doesn't exist.  How do I help him recover his account and get it working again? or is it a lost cause considering account recovery and change password continually say his account doesn't exist?
