Hello,

Please help me I have tried the following methods however my account is still not getting deleted:

- I have resetted my password
- I can't change the security options on my hacked email because the hacker done some hacked settings for it and put their hacked contact details
- I can't close the account on the close account option because the hacker has set up for it to show up as temporary server problem.
- I have rang Microsoft and they said no server problem
- I have tried to send a code to different email and it doesn't work as hacker set up for it not too work.

Please I am lost, I just need help to close this account for ever.

This hacker has made me so stressed.

Please can someone reply on how to help me close my hacked email - ASAP.

(I have just tried to close the account linked with the hacked email and i am serious fed up!! What do these hackers get out of going into someones personal account - it says server temporary available again I just keep crying HELP ME PLEASE ASAP? I cant close that either. Seriously someone help me!!! I am fed up!!!!)
