Dear Friends at Microsoft:
July 19th (2013) my account was hacked. I went through the process of correcting this and found that both my alternate email address and phone had been changed, and so I was locked out.  I then went to account verification and passed after several attempts.  Then when I went to use the new password and email - I was told I could not get into the account for 30 days (until August 21st).  I waited while the hackers continued their action impersonating me.  Regrettably over $10,000 US was robbed from various contacts and the FBI has been informed of the crime.

I would like to know what to do next.  I am willing to go though the process of identity verification again. It is important to note that when I do send the verification information now - a message is sent to me saying that 2 check security has been turned on and that my verification information is not accepted.

Hope there is a solution here.
Thanks for the help and even a response.
Dave

PS:  I have been in e chat conversations with about 8-9 people from Microsoft.
