We have submitted the questionnaire and it has come back as rejected saying not enough info. We have also phoned support and requested a call back to inform them of this problem but have been waiting two weeks and no call back. We have no way of gaining
access to the account therefore unable to use the xbox linked to the account and also see emails with private information on them.
This is a real problem and microsoft have not yet sorted this problem. Does anyone else know what to do to get the password reset so we can gain access to the account when we currently can not gain access?
