About 10 years ago I created an email with hotmail. Due to identity dilemmas in that year I did not use my real information when I created the account. My email has been hacked, and I no longer have access to the account. I changed my phone number after
I realized my email was hacked, and I cannot verify my personal information when I created the account. I must have access to the account or preferably close the account. But again, I cannot verify any of the information or use alternative emails because
I am not receiving anything in my alternative email. Do you know how I can close that account??
