So where to start. Alright my two email accounts have been hacked. I was able to recover this one but the other one is still in the hacker possession. I have contacted Microsoft with little help. I filled out the form about
5 times and still no reply with in the 24 hours. I called and gave my info and was told I have to wait another 24 hours. Did that, and no reply. I called back and was told I will have to wait another 24 hours. Please need this account back!!
The biggest problem is that this is my account that I use for purchasing and when I don't want to use my other account. I created the account a long time ago and do not remember all of the info I used so it can't be verified.
I have all my wedding stuff in this account. I need it back, someone please help!
AND PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO FILL OUT THE FORM AND YOU WILL GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HRS. I already know that little trick.
