I know that a moderator or someone will let me know that there is an official form I have to fill out and I also know that there are a LOT of other people that have had this same problem with their account... and further, I know that I'm probably not going to recover my old account just as so many others haven't been able to do... but I figured I will add to the multitude of other people that have reported the same issue and let others know that I'm another dissatisfied Windows user with the way we are treated (unresponsive customer service, non-existent communication by MS on the issue, etc.). 

I have been unable to access my old Hotmail/Windows Live Account for over a week now. When I try to use my Gold Xbox Live account or my Hotmail account I get a page telling me that my account has been temporarily blocked because someone is using my account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft Services Agreement.

I followed all the instructions to try to recover my account but I got nowhere.  I was finally able to talk to someone from Xbox Live and they took my information but they sent me an email telling me that they confirmed that my MS account ID is permanently suspended and that they can't help me.

I paid for my Gold Xbox Live subscription but I haven't been able to use it.  I can't access my emails either.  No one is giving any help and I had to create a new account just to be able to post this question.

At this point I just want to be able to recover my old emails/information and to get some type of refund for not being able to use my Xbox Live Gold account... I guess I also lost my Xbox Gamertag.
