My account was hacked then frozen by microsoft until I could prove I was who I said i was.  It took nearly a month to finally get the site to process and approve allowing me access once again.  Then I went in to change the password and the page will send confirmation not only to my new email account but also to the email site that hacked into my account.  Now I can't access my account again because I wouldn't send my new password to the bogus email address!  Now what am I to do?
