I think my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked. I cannot gather enough information for the questionnaire to give me access and obviously can't get into the account with my usual password. How can I report the hacking and close it? This is becoming very difficult and frustrating. I can't find any way in or anyone to help. This could be a dangerous situation and there's no fast solution.
