When I attempt to sign in I get the following message "It looks like someone else is using your account". My contact list is being used by someone to send spam. When I try to recover the account I am asked for my backup account which is a hotmail.co.uk account. When I try to use this account I get a message saying it does not exsist? Please how can I recover the live account?
